How to Make a Chamomile Compress

  1. Steep 2-3 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers in 1 cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes to make a strong chamomile tea.
  2. Soak a clean washcloth or small towel in the warm chamomile tea.
  3. Wring out the excess liquid so the compress is damp but not dripping wet.
  4. Apply the warm, damp chamomile compress directly to the affected area, such as the face, neck, chest, or any skin irritation.
  5. Leave the compress on for 10-15 minutes, reheating it if it starts to cool down.
  6. Repeat this process 2-3 times per day as needed for relief.
